Embroidery is our most popular branding service due to the long-lasting finish of designs once embroidered and its suitability for applying onto a wide range of garments.
Embroidery is an ideal method for adding your logo or text to workwear and it is effective in helping to promote your brand through a professional appearance for staff. It is a hard wearing method of decoration, especially when compared with heat transfer printing when can fade or be damaged over time by washing and ironing.
Designs can easily be replicated into an embroidery format, whether it be simple logos and text or more complex designs. Due to the nature of embroidery, up to 15 colours are available on a logo and it can be a cost effective option for logos with lots of colours.
With years of experience in the industry, we work closely with our customers to help with their embroidery requirements and offer a hassle-free service to ensure we get the embroidery right before we go into production with orders. Our no minimum order size means that customers can order as many or as few embroidered garments as required.
Our embroidery is performed in our in-house workshop near Leeds. Once we are provided with the logo or the text that you want embroidered on your choice of garment, the logo or text is converted into an embroidery file format that is suitable for stitching onto garments. We provide embroidery samples for approval of new logos before we go into production. We then use our embroidery machine to embroider your garments with your chosen text or logo.
There are occasions where we would recommend printing over embroidery but this only tends to be when a large logo is required or when small text is included within a logo. With embroidery, small text does not stitch well so it may be that the text needs to be removed or increased in size. Large back embroideries can also become expensive due to the size and the finish may often feel heavy on the back when the garment is worn.
